Advance The Kingdom

The ADVANCE THE KINGDOM fund is more than just a capital campaign. It is in a sense the beginning of a local and global movement.

What is the ATK fund? It is a fund designed to help finance the future ministry campus of The Exchange and to further high-impact mission organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

How much will we raise? We will raise $200,000 by December 31. $20,000 of this fund will go to 4 different local and global mission efforts.

Why are we doing this? Because The Exchange needs a permanent location that can help create ministry environments to reach the unchurched and make disciples.

How much should I give? That is an issue between you and God. If 125 giving entities gave $300 per month we would exceed this goal by $25,000! This giving is to be ABOVE and BEYOND your regular giving. The Exchange must meet it's $8000/week budget or our ministry will suffer.

What if I don't have the money? Most people have the money but it is going to different things like debt, eating out, entertainment and even excess. We believe that God is calling all of us to a higher level of maturity in our giving. Giving is just as much a part of worship as singing, Bible-study or community.

Ideas of how to save money to give:
  1. Eating out: Eating out is very expensive. Many families spend over $300/month eating out.
  2. Entertainment: Consider decreasing video rentals, big item purchases or movies for 6 months.
  3. Excess: Look over your finances and see how you can save money in order to help fund the gospel of Christ.
