Welcome: we desire to be the friendliest church in the world! The Exchange will be a place where people from all races, genders and backgrounds are welcome.

Worship: we desire to be a church that worships God with passion and biblical accuracy. The Exchange will be a church that passionately worships God.

Word: we desire to be a church that dynamically teaches the Bible. The Exchange will be a church that teaches and trains people to know and apply the Word of God in their daily lives.

Witness: we desire to be a church that shines the light of Christ in our community and throughout the world. The Exchange will be a church that advances the gospel of Christ in our community and throughout the world.
